Rush Orders: Submit by 1:00 PM CT with Next Day Air shipping, or your order will be processed within two business days.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. The Voigt-Abernathy Store is currently taking orders for the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
If you will require a liftgate on your shipment, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
30-day return window on most new, unopened items
25% restocking fee applies (waived if the return is due to our error)

If the return is a result of our mistake — such as receiving an incorrect or defective item — we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; in many cases, you'll receive it faster. This includes transit time to us (5–10 business days), our processing time (3–5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5–10 business days).
